Emiliano Rodriguez is a Romance Languages and Literatures major in the College of Arts and Letters. He is an AnBryce Scholar and a QuestBridge Scholar. He plans to learn both French and Italian and one day become a professor. 
His love for languages started at a young age when his parents enrolled him at a bilingual school where he learned English in Mexico City. Ever since, he has always wanted to learn more languages, so he can communicate and make a difference with others around the world. 
Emiliano was extremely involved at his high school. He was part of his high school band as a saxophone player and he was a band officer. He served as the historian for his high school's FBLA chapter. He was part of Student Council, National Honor Society, Speech team, and One Act.
He was also part of the Notre Dame Summer Scholars. During the summer after his junior year of high school, he participated in the Entrepreneurial Immersion given by the University.
During his time at college, Emiliano plans to further his knowledge in languages and be part of the Notre Dame community. He plans to join various clubs and activities that match his interests in order to connect with others.
