Karla Luquin is a Biology major in the College of Science with a minor in Latino Studies. Karla is a member of student-run Ballet Folkloric Azul y Oro (BFAYO) and a parent for the Latino First Year by Campus Ministry. During the school year, she volunteers weekly at La Casa de Amistad in South Bend. Karla has worked at Wendy's of the Pacific.
The summer before senior year, Karla participated in the Cross Cultural Leadership Program (CCLP) at the Eskenazi Health Center in Indianapolis
After graduation, she plans to attend graduate school to be a Childlife Specialist.
