Katy Arriaza Gamiño is a Computer Engineering major in the College of Engineering.
In high school she led a robotics program as the Managing Director. In that role she managed five team managers and one operations manager. Four teams were recognized regionally and one went to super regionals. She also danced ballet folklorico for eight years, starting in middle school. She looks forward to performing at Notre Dame, as well. She took to Code to College classes in which she learned Python and worked on an AI project.
She is excited to explore Irish Racing at Notre Dame and to join the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE).
